Set up your organization
JobKred produces its best work when it understands who you are. Before you start generating content, take a couple of minutes to fill in your organization details in Settings. These details are fed into Ellie's answers automatically, so every result is tailored to your industry, size, and goals — you won't need to repeat them in each prompt.
You only do this once. After that, every chat and every workflow inherits this context.

These fields give JobKred the context it needs to ground and tailor everything it generates.
Company industry
Helps JobKred apply industry-specific trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
Example: "Technology", "Healthcare", "Financial Services".
Company size

Job Profile options
These two settings only affect job-profile generation — the Competency Builder, in chat or as a workflow node. You can leave them at their defaults and change them later.
Include shared-service job profiles
When generating job profiles, also include common cross-functional roles such as HR, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Applies to: job-profile generation (the Competency Builder) only
- Default: Disabled
Generate from SkillsFuture only
Restricts job-profile references to Singapore's SkillsFuture framework — useful for compliance or localization in a Singapore context.
- Applies to: job-profile generation (the Competency Builder) only
- Default: Disabled (enable if you need Singapore-specific frameworks)
The exact options available to you may depend on your subscription and your role. If you can't see a setting described here, check with your company administrator.
