Agent Catalog
JobKred's intelligence comes from a set of specialist agents, each focused on one workforce task — generating job profiles, diagnosing skill gaps, planning careers, and so on. This catalog is the complete reference: every specialist, what it does, and a dedicated guide for each.
How to read this catalog
Two things to know up front:
- You don't choose agents in chat — Ellie does. When you ask a question, Ellie routes it to the right specialist automatically (see How Ellie decides). This catalog tells you what's possible and how to phrase requests so the right specialist gets the clearest brief.
- Every agent is also a workflow node. The same specialists are the building blocks you drag onto the workflow canvas. So a guide here doubles as documentation for the matching node.
Same skill, two ways to use it
Generation — create something new
| Agent | What it does | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Competency Builder | Generate job profiles, the skills behind them, and how they map — a whole framework, or just the roles | Open |
| Assessment | Create scenario-based skill assessments with scoring and improvement areas | Open |
| OJT Blueprint | Produce structured on-the-job-training (OJT) plans | Open |
| Training | Generate training material, completion records, and learning summaries | Open |
| Skill Levels | Generate progressive skill-proficiency frameworks | Open |
Building onto an existing framework
The Competency Builder can also extend a framework you already have. That variant runs as a workflow node only, where you select the source framework on the canvas — see the Competency Builder guide.

Tips that apply to every agent
- Be specific. Exact role titles, real numbers, and your industry context produce far better results than vague prompts.
- Attach your data. Most agents do their best work when grounded in your documents or framework — see Add context.
- Set up your organization so every agent inherits your business context — see Set up your organization.
