Account & access
How you get into JobKred, what you're allowed to do, and how access is shared and controlled.
Signing in
Your company administrator creates your account and invites you. Sign in with those credentials to reach your workspace, which opens on the Chats page.
If you can't sign in or didn't receive an invitation, contact your company administrator — they manage who has access.
Roles
Every user has a role that governs what they can do:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| User | Use chat, files, and workflows; create and share their own resources. |
| Admin | Everything a User can, plus manage your company's users and teams. |
If you can't see something described in these docs, your role or subscription may not include it; check with your administrator.
How your organization is structured
JobKred is multi-tenant: your work lives inside your Company, walled off from every other organization. Within your company, people belong to Teams, which is how access to shared resources is organized. For the full mental model, see Key concepts.
Sharing and access control
You can share individual chats, workflows, and files with named colleagues in your company. Anything shared with you appears under a Shared with me view in the matching section — Chats, Workflows, or Files.
Usage is always attributed to the person who runs a request. If you run something from a resource a colleague shared with you, it counts against your usage — not theirs. See Sharing and cost.
Sessions and sign-out
For security, when an administrator removes a user, that person is signed out immediately across all their devices — there's no lingering session. If you're unexpectedly signed out, your access may have been changed by an administrator.
