Plans & usage
JobKred is available in tiers. Every new account starts with 500 free credits and no credit card, so you can explore before you commit. Paid plans are priced per person and add credits, more teammates, and richer collaboration features.
Prices change independently of this documentation. For what each plan costs today, see the pricing page or the plan picker under Organization settings → Billing in the app.
How credits work
Credits are the unit of usage. AI-powered actions — chat conversations, workflow runs, document analysis — each use a number of credits, with bigger jobs using more than smaller ones. Searching the web or your uploaded files while answering counts too, since that work runs as part of the reply.
- One shared balance — everyone in your organization draws from the same pool, and everyone can see it in the app.
- Credits come with seats — each person on a paid plan brings credits every billing cycle: 8,000 on Basic, 15,000 on Standard, 25,000 on Professional.
- Roughly 100 credits per workflow run — so 8,000 credits is around 80 runs a month, 25,000 around 250. What a run actually costs depends on how much content it processes, how many steps it has, the size of the documents involved, and how complex the task is.
- The balance refreshes on your renewal date — the anniversary of the day you subscribed, not the first of the month. Plan credits don't roll over; bonus credits do.
- Top up any time — admins can buy a one-time pack of extra credits without changing plan. Those credits are spent first and carry across cycles.
- Running out pauses new work — at zero, new AI-powered actions wait rather than run, so spending never gets ahead of your plan. Everything finished so far is saved, your balance never goes below zero, and you're going again as soon as you top up, upgrade, or reach your renewal date. See What happens if we run out of credits? for what happens to a chat reply or workflow that's mid-run.
There are no overage charges. Your subscription price is your price.
What plans affect
Moving up a tier expands:
- Credits — how much chat, analysis, and workflow running your team can do each cycle.
- Team size — Basic is a single seat; Standard supports up to 20 people and Professional up to 50.
- Collaboration — organization and team management, resource sharing, activities, connectors, and workflow scheduling come with the paid team plans.
Your administrator manages your organization's plan.
How usage and cost work
JobKred is transparent about what things cost:
- Per-result visibility — chat replies can show a cost badge (what that response used), and a chat shows a running total. See Read, export & sync results.
- Whoever runs, pays — usage is always attributed to the person who runs a request or a workflow. Sharing a resource never transfers its cost to the owner. See Sharing and cost.
- Usage alerts — you'll get in-app heads-ups as your team passes 50%, 80%, and 100% of the cycle's credits.
Prototype an analysis in chat and check its cost badge before turning it into a workflow that runs on a schedule — that tells you roughly what each scheduled run will cost.
