You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the Website may not function as intended if you do.
4.1 We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data collected under section 2:
5.1 We protect personal data in our possession or control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal.
5.2 No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that is notifiable under the PDPA, we will notify the affected individuals and/or the Personal Data Protection Commission as required by law, and affected customer organisations in accordance with our agreements with them.
6.1 We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to meet legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7.1 Our role. When a customer organisation uses a Product, personal data about its employees and other individuals (for example names, job titles, roles, skills and proficiency data, assessment results, learning records and career information) is collected, held and processed by JobKred as a data intermediary under the PDPA, on behalf of and on the instructions of that customer organisation. The customer organisation remains responsible for the purposes of the processing and for compliance with the PDPA as the responsible organisation, including obtaining any consents and providing any notifications required from the individuals concerned.
7.2 If you are an employee or end-user of an organisation that uses a Product and you have questions about how your personal data is handled, or wish to access or correct it, please contact your organisation in the first instance. We will support our customers in responding to such requests in accordance with our agreements with them.
7.3 What we do with Platform Data. We process Platform Data only to provide, maintain, secure, improve and develop the Products and related services, to fulfil our obligations under our agreements with customer organisations, with the customer's consent, or where required by law. Where Platform Data is used for improvement or development purposes, this is done on an anonymised or aggregated basis, and personal data is anonymised before any such use.
7.4 AI. Our use of Platform Data in connection with artificial intelligence features is governed by our agreements with customer organisations, which restrict the use of Platform Data and Product outputs for training machine learning or artificial intelligence models, including by third-party AI providers engaged by us.
7.5 Sub-processors. We may engage affiliates and third-party service providers to process Platform Data in support of the Products, under data protection obligations, and in accordance with our agreements with customer organisations.
7.6 Storage and international transfers. Platform Data may be processed and stored in Singapore and in other jurisdictions where we or our infrastructure providers operate. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide the transferred personal data a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
7.7 Breach notification. If we become aware of a data breach affecting Platform Data, we will notify affected customer organisations in accordance with our agreements with them and comply with our obligations under the PDPA.
7.8 Retention and deletion. We do not retain Platform Data for longer than is necessary to serve the purposes of our agreements with customer organisations or to meet our legal or regulatory obligations. Following termination or expiry of a customer's agreement, Platform Data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with that agreement.
7.9 Anonymised and aggregated data. We may create and use anonymised, aggregated or statistical data derived from the operation of the Products. Such data does not identify any individual and is not personal data; any data that could reasonably be re-identified or linked to an identifiable individual is treated as personal data and protected accordingly.
8.1 Under the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, and may withdraw consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual limits.
